Model Railway Weekend

Following the success of our first ever Model Railway Weekend the event will return on the 17^th and 18^th of April 2027!

We loved seeing so many of you at the first event of its kind at our railway and we know that so many of you enjoyed seeing our full size trains running alongside their smaller counterparts. If you weren't able to attend the previous show, then you can expect to see Model Railway layouts in a range of gauges and scales at Swanage Station, Harmans Cross Station and Village Hall, Corfe Castle Station, as well at the Purbeck Mining Museum at Norden Station. We will also have a range of traders spread out across the railway including those selling new and second hand models as well as model railway accessories and so much more. 

We have lots of exciting ideas planned for the 2027 show, but for now we want you to make a note in your diaries that the Swanage Railway is the place to be on the 17^th and 18^th of April 2027. 

If you have a Model Railway layout, diorama or anything you think may be of interest to our show then please complete the application form below and return it via email to [email protected] , applications will remain open for the next few months whilst they are reviewed but we will be in contact as soon as possible.
