Our much-loved Diesel Gala & Beer Festival is back for another action-packed long weekend on the Purbeck line!
Enjoy an intensive timetable of heritage diesel traction, with plenty of opportunities to travel behind an exciting mix of locomotives throughout the weekend. Whether you’re a dedicated diesel enthusiast or simply looking for a great day out, there’ll be plenty happening from morning through to evening.
And it wouldn’t be our Diesel Gala without the Beer Festival at Corfe Castle station, where you can take a break from the trains and enjoy a fantastic selection of real ales and ciders in one of the most picturesque settings on the railway.
With heritage diesels, great beer, stunning Purbeck scenery and that unmistakable Swanage Railway atmosphere, it’s the perfect excuse to gather your friends, bring the family and make a weekend of it.
