Swanage Railway's official photographer & press officer Andrew P.M. Wright has supplied nearly 100 photos of the Swanage Carnival fireworks display on Saturday 7th August on Swanage seafront, viewed from the trackbed at Swanage signalbox. The Swanage signalman was Phil Eakins.

Supporting evening services were operated by the Swanage Railway's Heritage Diesel Multiple Unit and BR Bo-Bo Class 33 "Crompton" No. 33111 .
