Swanage Railway General Manager Mick Dean has confirmed that the Swanage Railway has asked Arthur Yarney, the former recently retired local Network Rail Engineer, to come in and oversee and project manage the work. Arthur will be assisted by Barry Light from the Swanage Railway to support the existing Permanent Way Team plus recruit additional volunteers to undertake this winter's programme.
