Ex-South West Trains 'Bubble Car' No W55028 at Corfe Castle on its journey from Norden to Swanage on 22nd July 2009.

The diesel locomotive had initially arrived at Swanage in March 2009 and entered service very briefly before being moved to Ramparts at Derby for overhaul and repainting into BR green.

The diesel locomotive had been used for driver route training by South West Trains, until purchased for use on the Swanage Railway early in 2009.
