Bulleid Pacific Eddystone transported through Corfe Castle to Herston

Here we see Southern Locomotives Ltd's rebuilt West Country class Bulleid Pacific 'Eddystone' being transported through Corfe Castle en route to the Swanage Railway's Herston engineering works on Friday, October 1, 1999.

It has been towed from Swanage station up to the Swanage Railway's Norden station road/rail interchange by the railway's late 1950s 08 shunter early that morning.
