Swanage Railway's team at Eastleigh 100 Sunday 24th May 2009.

Swanage Railway's line-up of rebuilt Bulleid Pacific No. 34028, Battle of Britain class No. 34070 Manston and Drummond M7 No. 30053 at Eastleigh 100 Sunday 24th May 2009.

Andrew P.M. Wright has supplied over 75 photos showing Swanage Railway locos and staff at the Eastleigh 100 Centenary Open Weekend celebrations.

The Swanage Railway was in attendance at the centenary event with locomotives and staff, including West Country class Bulleid Pacific No. 34028 Eddystone.

In addition to Andrew's photos taken on Sunday 24th May 2009 at Eastleigh 100, Swanage Railway member Geoff Thirlby has supplied a photo taken on the first day of the tree day event - Saturday 23rd May.

Geoff's photo shows Swanage Railway's rebuilt West Country class Bulleid Pacific No. 34028 Eddystone with all the main dignitaries at the opening.

The photos include Pete Waterman at No. 34028 Eddystone's cab window, Chris Huhne Eastleigh MP on the cab steps, Bruce Knights and Nick Pigott holding the Railway Magazine sign.

Resplendent in its fresh livery, Swanage Railway-based LSWR Drummond M7 No. 30053 stands in the sunshine at Eastleigh 100 Sunday 24th May 2009.
