The special 12 -coach passenger service hauled by freshly-painted DB Schenker Class 66 locomotive No 66152 passes through Corfe Castle station on its way to Swanage station on 1st April 2009.

Swanage Railway volunteers launch appeal for funds to help reinstate services to Wareham here.

Andrew P.M. Wright has supplied over 370 photos as a report chronicling the historic occasion on 1st April 2009 when the first through service since 1972 visited Swanage.
