Swanage Railway Timetable 2009

SPECIAL NOTICE: ADDITIONAL SERVICES IN JUNE AND JULY DUE TO PUBLIC DEMAND
From the 2nd June to 9th July every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday there are additional trains. Also, the week of green timetable in July is now YELLOW so the two train steam service will start a week earlier.

The Swanage Railway is pleased to announce that our 2009 Timetable brochure is available to download in Adobe Acrobat PDF format suitable for either printing as four A4 pages, or for viewing on-screen.

In addition to full timetable information, the brochure contains full details of the Special Events for 2009 plus numerous photos of scenes on and around the railway.

The brochures also have details on how to find the Swanage Railway and information on connecting bus services.

Calendar:To find your train, look for the date on the calendar, and then go to the timetable of that colour. Where there is no colour on the calendar, trains do not run. Special Events are shown as purple. See this page or event pages for special timetables if applicable.

Special Timetable Tues-Thurs, 2nd June to 9th July 2009

The hours or times stated in the Swanage Railway Company Ltd's Timetables, Books, Bills, and Notices are appointed as those at which it is intended so far as circumstances permit, that the trains and buses will depart from and arrive at the several stations, but their departure or arrival at the times stated is not guaranteed nor will the Swanage Railway Company Ltd. under any circumstances be held responsible for any delay or detention, howsoever occasioned, or any consequences arriving therefrom. The right to alter or suspend the running of any train or bus or to substitute diesel rail traction is reserved. All information is correct at the time of going to press.

Dogs on trains:
We welcome dogs and their owners on our trains. Dogs may travel on trains in the passenger accommodation (excluding catering vehicles) FREE of charge provided other passengers do not object. Dogs must not be allowed on the seats. Dogs cannot (except guide dogs) be conveyed on Santa Special trains.
