General conditions:
The hours or times stated in the Swanage Railway Company Ltd's Timetables, Books, Bills, and Notices are appointed as those at which it is intended so far as circumstances permit, that the trains and buses will depart from and arrive at the several stations, but their departure or arrival at the times stated is not guaranteed nor will the Swanage Railway Company Ltd. under any circumstances be held responsible for any delay or detention, howsoever occasioned, or any consequences arriving therefrom. The right to alter or suspend the running of any train or bus or to substitute diesel rail traction is reserved. All information is correct at the time of going to press.

Bicycles on trains:
Bicycles are currently carried free of charge, subject to space being available

Dogs on trains:
We welcome dogs and their owners on our trains. Dogs may travel on trains in the passenger accommodation (excluding catering vehicles). There is a charge for Dogs (Except Assistance Dogs). Charges are £1 single and £2 return, £5 rover, to/from any destination. Dogs must not be allowed on the seats. Dogs cannot (except guide dogs) be conveyed on Santa Special trains.
