Drummond M7 No. 30053's welcome at Swanage in 1987 by Swanage Railway's volunteers

M7 30053 returned to the Swanage Railway as a fully working steam locomotive in 1992 after overhaul.

M7 30053 underwent heavy overhaul in 2007, including a new cab floor and storage lockers and a set of new tyres.

The locomotive steamed during every month of 2008 - a total of 90 days in service!
