BR Standard Tank No. 80078 leaves Corfe Castle for Harmans Cross and Swanage with a mixed goods train on Saturday 1st April 2006 during the Swanage Railway's 2006 Branch Line Weekend.

A chance to savour the atmosphere of a Southern seaside branch line in the heyday of rail travel. There will be a wide variety of trains operating hauled by steam and diesel locomotives. As well as passenger services there will be some demonstration goods train running and vintage vehicle displays at Corfe Castle and Norden.

The Wessex Belle Dining Train will operate on Saturday evening (advanced booking on 01929 425800).

Special Timetable applies.
Ordinary return and single tickets may be used on service trains (Blue timetable)
Ordinary Day Rover Tickets not available

2-day tickets Adult £20

(Advance purchase) Conc. £15

Advance ticket sales (2 Day and 1 Day rovers tickets) for the branch line weekend open on the 1st March.
